Artificial intelligence

You get support with using AI, from the first step to a team of agents that works on its own. AI has been part of my work since the early days.

  • Virtual team members

    I build agents that take on a role: tasks, knowledge, tools, limits. A chat window becomes a team member with memory and working rules.

    Example: a legal reviewer that reads every change to contracts and web copy before it goes live. It follows precise rules, cites its sources, documents its work, and recommends a lawyer’s review when the result cannot be backed up.

  • Claude Code

    Claude in everyday work: skills for recurring tasks, work shared across several sessions, documentation that grows with the project, and cost control by routing each task to the right agent.

    Example: a bookkeeping assistant: you send it photos of your receipts, and it sorts and posts them, reminds you of important deadlines, and at the end of the month prepares your email to your tax advisor.

  • Support assistant

    AI in support: rephrasing requests more politely, translating between languages, suggesting solutions, in chat or on the phone. The agent listens in, documents, and opens tickets.

    Example: a support helper with four specialized models: one turns furious customer sentences into polite ones, one translates between many languages, one searches the FAQ for solutions and phrases them to fit the conversation, one listens in, documents, and reports errors.

Software development

Software that fits the way you work: built new or carried on from existing applications. I understand projects that have grown over time, get them back on track, fix their bugs, and document them so that a new generation can take over.

  • Frappe and ERPNext

    For businesses that want to run their administration on an open ERP system instead of several stand-alone tools. My own apps are in production, such as a 3CX integration for CRM and an Austrian HRMS with collective agreements.

  • Web development with Django and Vue

    Web applications built, for example, with FastAPI, Django, or Frappe on the backend and Vue 3 with TypeScript on the frontend. Experience with PHP APIs (Slim) and Angular as well. This site runs on Nuxt and Django.

  • IT infrastructure and networking

    For businesses with several sites or a complex network: making risks visible and choosing the right technology, from cabling to redundant firewalls and multi-site networks.

  • Migration and remediation

    For businesses whose IT has become hard to maintain: clearing out legacy systems, reducing complexity, switching over in an orderly way, with your day-to-day operations in mind.

  • Windows deployment

    For businesses where setting up a workstation still takes hours: automated installation, fresh every time instead of cloned. Setup Foundry grew out of this work.

  • Information security: ISO 27001 and NIS2

    I plan and guide your project toward ISO 27001 certification or NIS2 implementation, including the documentation it requires.

  • Review and analysis of existing systems

    What is running, what is risky, where are costs wasted? I review configurations, logs, and processes and talk to the people responsible. You receive a written report as a basis for your decisions and, on request, support with carrying them out.
